Some say that today’s students have lost their passion. And we may be to blame — many argue that we’ve drubbed it out of school. With dropout rates remaining problematic, how do we reengage a lost generation of students?
I wrote this piece for the Atlantic as part of a series I’m doing on teaching and education. I believe that we, as teachers, CAN do things to engage our students. It is possible.
